Career Pathways by Program: Opportunities in Sustainability Management with Megan Dupuy of EDF Climate Corps

Megan Dupuy, Outreach Coordinator of EDF Climate Corps will be conducting a live webinar on the EDF Climate Corps Fellowship program on Tuesday, November 1 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in DTC Room 470. EDF Climate Corps Fellowship program provides students with an opportunity to gain real-world experience working at leading organizations on energy management. 

Seating is limited and registration is required.

Career Pathways by Program: Opportunities in Public Administration by Anita Halvorsen of Presence Health

Anita Halvorsen, Chief Administrative Officer, Regional Strategy & Growth Officer at Presence Health will be giving a presentation on opportunities in public administration on Tuesday, October 11 in DTC Room 470 from 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to attend and should register to claim their spot.  

Mock Interviews: Finance & Mathematical Finance Students

The Stuart Career Management Center invites industry experts to campus to conduct mock interviews during the Fall and Spring semesters. The first set of mock interviews will be held on Friday, October 7 from 1-5 p.m. at the Main Campus on the 13th floor in IIT Tower. This is an excellent opportunity to sharpen interview skills with Eric Hernandez, a recruiter at Axiom Technologies, who regularly recruits Stuart students for his clients, which includes CME Group.

Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT) for international Students

Are you interested in pursuing an internship in U.S. during the summer? Are you interested in pursuing a full-time career in U.S.? Do you get confused with CPT and OPT? Are you aware of the H1-B provisions?

If you are interested in pursuing internships and full-time positions in the U.S. and looking for answers to the above questions, an information session on CPT and OPT will take place on Tuesday, October 4 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in DTC Room 470.

Opportunities in Management by Megan Six of Goby Inc.

Megan Six, Regional Sales Director at Goby Inc., will be giving a presentation on the opportunities in management on Thursday, September 29 in DTC Room 470 from 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Megan is a management professional and she is a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature. Also, she has been working with Goby Inc. as a Regional Sales Director, Account Manager. She has expertise in marketing, leadership, social media management, marketing communications, customer services, etc.

Opportunities in Finance by Matthew Scharpf of Eurex

Matthew Scharpf, Vice-President, Business Development at Eurex, will be giving a presentation on the European Derivatives Market on Wednesday, September 28 in DTC Room 470 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Matt will explain the similarities and differences in Market models between the U.S. and European Markets to enhance students' knowledge of exchange traded derivatives products and the futures and options industry.

Students are encouraged register.
