Dr. Khairy Tourk is Professor at IIT Stuart School of Business. He teaches international business, economic theory, finance, and international trade. He has served as a consultant to the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the Agency for International Development and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Professor Tourk is a Senior Advisor at the Adlai Stevenson Center on Democracy.
Professor Tourk is a member of the China Group at the University of Chicago and an Associate Member of the Center for East Asian Studies at the same university. He was a visiting Professor at the University of Tokyo, Hitotsubashi University, and Nagoya University in Japan. In the year 2013-14, he has been appointed as visiting Chair Professor of Economics at Renmin University of China.
