Bernard H. Sieracki
Bernard Sieracki has a professional career grounded in the practice of the American government, representing business and public interests to state and federal governments for over three decades, and is Adjunct Faculty at IIT Stuart School of Business. His experience includes serving as a State Associate Director for the American Petroleum Institute and as Midwest Vice President for Government Affairs of the Waste Management/Chemical Waste Management Corporation.
After serving in private industry, Mr. Sieracki formed Business Government Relations, a private practice government relations firm located in Illinois. His experience has enabled an expanded focus upon regulation and legislation concerning energy, manufacturing and transportation, and environmental issues concerning agriculture, chemical manufacturing, and waste disposal. He serves on numerous industry and government boards and commissions and was a member of the Illinois Transportation Study Commission, a commission that developed the Regional Transportation Authority, the regional public transit administrative unit for the six-county Chicago Metropolitan Area.
